Our services range from the development of tailor made maintenance concepts, including inspections and overhauls, to complex repairs in the case of unforeseeable events for your complete electrical and mechanical portfolio. Our service workshops are fully equipped to perform overhauls, modifications, or repairs on your machinery on site. Our proven programmes, practices and procedures have been refined from a solid foundation of experience, with a focus on enhanced plant performance and reliability, commercial optimisation and regulatory compliance. Both new and existing facilities are managed under a philosophy where scope typically consists of initial mobilisation and daily operation, as well as routine preventative and predictive maintenance. Service standards are ensured through the implementation of core processes developed from extensive industry experience and technical knowledge.

The Reex approach to maintenance, repair, refurbishment or modernisation projects consists of a close feedback procedure, whereby the client is informed in detail at all stages to enable him to decide step-by-step what is to be implemented. Unless the client has already a complete scope of work to be followed, Reex would first inspect the plant in question, examine maintenance registers and fault logs, and discuss the intended results of work with the client. A detailed report, describing the actual status of the plant and recommendations regarding the works to be done, will be presented to the client. In a refining and clarification process, Reex in close contact with the client and all concerned OEMs (original equipment manufacturers), will develop the various components of the forthcoming project, its planning and cost. Once the client is satisfied with the programme, Reex will mobilise all resources needed for implementation and commence engineering and site work. The client has always the option to assign his own staff to Reex, be it for supervision, training purposes, shortening execution time or reducing overall cost.
